Aerial traffic photos taken

These shots were taken last week from the bucket of a Newark Electric truck. Newark Electric owner Dick Colacino wanted a bird's eye view of traffic congestion, trying to show the impact of the recent closing of the East Ave. bridge.

The pictures were taken . . .
from the Quality Inn parking lot on N. Main. Colacino suggests that when industries on the north side of the Canal -IEC, Spinco, Fold-Pak, etc. - end shifts, heavy traffic will hinder the speed of emergency vehicles.
