Fay's Drugs has new look' new owners

This J.C. Penney catalog store is located inside the Newark Fay's Drug Store on East Union St. Fay's, based in Liverpool, was sold to J.C. Penney in October. In February, JCP bought Eckerd Drugs and will combine Fay's, Eckerd and Thrift Drug under the Eckerd name.
