Ending Peppermeint Days on a musical note

A song dedicated to the Reverend Andy MacTaggart concluded Lyons Peppermint Days Sunday. The Rev. MacTaggart had served the Lyons First Presbyterian Church until his death in January 1995.

Angel Show me the Way was written by Mark DeCracker, who performed the tune with "In Christ," Beth Whitbeck and Sherri Smith,. The musical conclusion took place at Lyons Southside Canal Park on the (floating) Peter Wiles Stage.
