Artisan booths reserved at Faire

Local artisans will have booths set up on the front lawn of St. Mark's Episcopal Church, 400 South Main Street, Newark, during the 6th Annual Garden Faire. They include Gigi Parcero, Pat McCullough, Lyn Polochock, and Pat DeBuyser. They will be offering a variety of handcrafted items for sale, including but not limited to: decorated gardenwares and whimsies, and floral accessories to wear and use.

After you have browsed through the many different plant selections that will be offered, from perennials to herbs to hanging baskets, you can spend the next part of your day looking at what the crafters have to offer.

And don't forget the Tea Room - for $5 you can try baked goods, elegant tea sandwiches, accompanied by tea or lemonade. Featured this year in the tea room will be the artists of St. Mark's. One of the parishioners, Richard Jacobsen will have several oil paintings on display.

Admission to the Faire is free.
