Wendy's requests approval to build

Wendy's has applied for site plan approval, variances and permits to construct a new restaurant at Pro-May Mall.

Applications will be reviewed first by the Village Planning Board on June 2 at 7:30 p.m. The requests will then go to the Zoning Board of Appeals on June 9 at 4 p.m.

Other business to be considered is a request from Melissa Harris to run a consignment/variety store at 325 Murray St. The store will feature gifts, art, antiques, crafts, etc.
